Everyone was friendly and no one exuded over-the-top pushy salesman. A pleasant experience overall. Mr Lopez was awesome. I was inquiring about one vehicle, but he listened to what I needed (price), what I wanted (heated seats), and what I liked to do (road trips, camping, some off-road). He found and placed me in a vehicle that fits my budget, has plenty of space, and has my ultimate love...heated seats! I may still be on a new (to me) vehicle high, but I absolutely love my new SUV and can't thank ya'll enough for being so patient and fantastic with me. Mr Vickery was also quite knowledgeable, and he made the financing portion of the process a breeze.

Had a really great experience overall! Ivan Lopez was an awesome salesperson from start to finish. Since we were purchasing from out of state, he really went above and beyond to make the process easy. He FaceTimed us, sent plenty of videos, answered all of our questions, and got all the numbers together before I even made the trip out there. Once everything was lined up, I booked my flight, and Ivan made sure the entire process went smoothly when I arrived. He took his time showing me how pretty much everything worked, which I definitely appreciated, especially since I had about a 5-hour drive home! He also made sure the truck was cleaned up and ready before I arrived. Even the guys detailing the truck were super friendly, welcoming, and made the experience that much better. Also, a big shoutout to the Finance Manager, Lon! He was extremely transparent and went through everything with a fine-tooth comb. You can tell he takes pride in making sure everything is done RIGHT and that you understand exactly what you’re signing. I would 100% recommend checking this place out. Definitely ask for IVAN LOPEZ! By the time you leave, you’ll honestly feel like family. From the front office to the back office, finance, maintenance, and everyone in between — the entire team was awesome! Thank you guys for making what could’ve been a stressful out-of-state purchase such a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’d absolutely do business with them again!

My wife and I bought from Banner a year ago. Had issue after issue and Banner’s service department was an absolute disaster. One night. I ran into the president, Rick Flick. He was kind. Offered to help alleviate my situation. He put me in touch with new service manager, Frankie and the new shop foreman, Keith. Both were OUTSTANDING! Fixed my car, personable, true to their word, and honest. Give them a try now. Rick has really turned it around and Frankie is 10/10 as a service manager. Thankful to have ran into Rick and the great staff at Banner.

Hi I’m Melinda just was curious about my boy Earvin :) I haven’t seen him off highway in a while and I had few friends stop by looking say his desk was moved had really clean and nice area. He would always meet everyone and make everybody day everyone I know says he’s a genuine guy. He would be on lot everyday making people laugh and being himself tell him give me call I’m still in market and we not buying from nobody but Earvin

Was looking for a new truck for my dad, ended up getting assistance from salesman named Shae Wood. He was very helpful and I didn't feel like I was being excessivley pressured into anything I didn't want. Probably best car buying experience I've had. He called and checked in on us later after the sale as well. Great customer service.

Banner helped me with a inverter failure on my new truck that I purchased at different dealer . The dealer I bought it from said they would take care of any issues and being out of town was not a problem . The dealer never followed up with me so I took it to Banner and had my truck repaired in les than 24 hours !! Learned my lesson and will be buying from Banner 100% from now on .
